Sermiers sits at the western edge of the Petite Montagne, on north-facing slopes predominantly planted to Pinot Meunier. There is no famous resident house, and the village is one of the quieter Petite Montagne addresses. A village cooperative groups about 120 small growers, and most of the fruit is sold to the major maisons.
