What is Parcelles?

Parcelles is an independent app dedicated to exploring the vineyards and villages of the Champagne wine region. It combines terroir analysis, geological data, climate records, and cartography into a single, beautifully designed experience.

Which devices are supported?

Parcelles is available for iPhone. An Android version is currently in development.

Is Parcelles a subscription?

No. Parcelles offers one-time purchases only. Pay once for Pro or Ultimate and keep access forever — including all future updates. There are no recurring fees.

What's the difference between Pro and Ultimate?

Pro unlocks advanced filters, map overlays, terrain & geology stats, solar exposure, elevation profiles, subsurface cross-sections, nearby vineyards, and 2-vineyard comparison. Ultimate adds comparison of up to 10 vineyards, similarity search, PDF exports, a printed vineyard poster, founding member recognition, priority support, and lifetime data updates.

I already bought Pro. Can I upgrade to Ultimate?

Yes. If you're a Pro user, you'll see a discounted upgrade option (CHF 200 instead of CHF 299) so you only pay the difference.

Where does the data come from?

Parcelles combines official French geographic datasets (BD TOPO, BD Charm-50), elevation models, climate records from Météo-France, and OpenStreetMap data. Vineyard boundaries come from the official AOC delimitations.

Does Parcelles work offline?

Core vineyard data is available offline once loaded. Map tiles and some detailed overlays require an internet connection.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Parcelles on your new device and go to Settings. Tap "Restore Purchases" and your Pro or Ultimate access will be restored automatically through the App Store.

Can I request a refund?

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email us at hello@parcelles.app with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours.
