Graduated pricing from 2 seats: every seat is billed at the rate of its own band, so adding a seat never raises what you already pay.

No. The map on map.parcelles.app is free to explore, with the same free scope as the apps: vineyard boundaries, villages, producers, and the detail of each champagne. Membership signs in on the web too and opens the same layers there as in the apps.
Nothing you saved is deleted. The app keeps working with everything that is free, and the Membership layers simply close again. Renew whenever you like and they come back.
Membership is sold through the App Store and Google Play, and they set the local price tier for each currency themselves. That is why the amount at checkout can differ from the one shown here. Use the currency switcher above to see the tier for your storefront.
Parcelles is free to explore: the interactive map of over 8,000 parcels, search, classifications, and multiple map styles need no account. Everything else is part of Parcelles Membership, a single subscription at CHF 9.90/month or CHF 79/year, with a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically and you can cancel any time in App Store settings. (Actual prices may vary by country and are determined by the App Store.)
Yes. Every Membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged. After the trial it renews automatically at your chosen monthly or yearly price, and you can cancel any time in App Store settings.
Yes. Any purchase you made before Parcelles moved to a membership stays valid, and the features you unlocked remain available. You can open the app and use them as before.
Open Parcelles on your new device and go to Settings. Tap “Restore Purchases” and your Membership and any earlier purchases will be restored automatically through the App Store.
Yes, on request. A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that includes the full Membership for as long as Parcelles is offered, in the apps and on the web. It is deliberately priced at several times the annual Membership, sold directly via hello@parcelles.app, and billed by invoice (card or bank transfer), not through the App Store. Most people are better served by the annual Membership, but if you know Parcelles will stay with you for years, write us.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s refund process.
