These License Terms govern team licenses and lifetime licenses for Parcelles ("we", "our"), purchased directly from us by invoice. They supplement the general Terms & Conditions. Memberships bought inside the iOS or Android app are covered by the app stores' terms instead, not by this document.
A license gives the agreed number of seats access to the full Parcelles Membership on all surfaces (iOS app, Android app, and the web map) for the term stated on the invoice. Parcelles is a hosted service: you are buying access, not software.
One seat belongs to one named individual, who signs in with their own email address. Seat holders must not share their account, sign-in links, or signed-in devices with anyone else, inside or outside your organization. You may reassign a seat when a person leaves or changes roles; rotating seats to serve more people than you have seats for is not allowed, and the product enforces a waiting period when a seat is freed.
Your organization manages its own seats at parcelles.app/account/team: inviting and removing members, approving join requests, and managing the join link. You are responsible for who you admit.
The service is for personal, interactive use by your seat holders. Automated access, scraping, bulk export of the underlying dataset, reselling, and sublicensing are not allowed.
To keep seat sharing honest, access is bound to a limited number of devices and web sessions per seat holder, and we log basic usage signals such as device registrations. The limits are generous for one person and tight for two.
Team licenses run for the period on the invoice (normally 12 months) and do not renew automatically. We send reminders before the end date. If you pay the renewal invoice, access continues uninterrupted; if you do nothing, access simply ends on the end date. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Invoices are payable within 30 days, by card or bank transfer, via the hosted invoice page (Stripe). Prices and currency are as stated on the invoice.
Prices do not include VAT. For business customers outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the reverse-charge mechanism applies: we charge no VAT and you account for it in your own country (this is noted on the invoice). Please provide your legal name, billing address, and VAT number before the first invoice.
A lifetime license is one seat for one named individual, paid once. "Lifetime" means for as long as Parcelles is offered as a service; it is not a promise of perpetual operation. If Parcelles is ever discontinued, the license ends with the service, with reasonable notice. Lifetime seats are non-transferable and subject to the same personal-use rules as team seats.
If we detect credential sharing, seat rotation abuse, automated extraction, or similar breaches, we will normally contact your admin first. For serious or repeated breaches we may suspend individual seats or the whole license, temporarily or permanently. Suspension for breach does not create a right to a refund.
Beyond your statutory rights, refunds are handled case by case. Write to us; we aim to be reasonable.
Parcelles evolves: features may be added, changed, or retired. We will not materially reduce what a paid license includes during its running term.
Seat holders' personal accounts are governed by the Parcelles privacy policy. Organization contact and billing details are used to operate the license and its invoicing, and are shared with our payment processor (Stripe) for that purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under a license is limited to the fees paid for that license in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These License Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland, mandatory statutory venues reserved.
